How can I pay other than cash?
There are various methods of payment. ROYALL RIDES provides its clients with the availability of paying through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major debit cards.
Any limitations regarding the number of passengers or luggage?
A wide range of vehicles can be booked according to your requirement. ROYALL RIDES provides vehicles with comfortable seats. A variety of cars and minibuses are available for different group sizes. Travelers can choose vehicles according to their needs.

How to find a driver at the airport?
If you have booked the service with meet and greet, you do not need to worry about finding your driver. They will be right there inside the airport with a name board, ready to assist with your luggage. ROYALL RIDES prioritizes client satisfaction above all. There are specific pick-up points in the parking lot, where you can easily find your booked car and driver waiting for you.
Are there any extra charges in case of late arrival?
For airport collections, ROYALL RIDES allows passengers a maximum of 45 minutes from the time the flight actually lands to meet their driver. After this, waiting time is charged at £20/hr pro rata. We advise passengers to consider immigration processing times and request a deferred pick-up time after their flight lands. No compensation is offered if the passenger is ready earlier than planned and has to wait for the scheduled collection time. Costs are not refunded if passengers do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
Do you monitor flights in case of Flight Delays?
ROYALL RIDES monitors flight delays and accommodates delays up to a maximum of 45 minutes. We try our best to serve customers impacted by delays above 45 minutes but cannot guarantee pick-up due to operational constraints. In case of a delay over 45 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, entitling you to a full refund. Additional charges incurred for alternative transport are not covered.
How much time does it take for booking?
It takes hardly 2-3 minutes to book a taxi online or through our customer service. ROYALL RIDES also offers the option to book in advance up to 6 months before the date of arrival to avoid any hassle or stress. Our efficient service ensures prompt bookings.
How much is the cancellation charge?
ROYALL RIDES guarantees a 100% refund with a cancellation notice of at least 3 hours before pick-up time. Cancellations must be made online or via email with confirmation from us. If you do not receive confirmation, please call our customer service team. No refunds are issued if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys, cancels with less than 2 hours’ notice, or is uncontactable at pick-up time.

What is Meet and Greet Service?
Our drivers will meet and greet you inside the airport at your provided location. They will assist with your luggage. This reliable service is a major offering of ROYALL RIDES for standard and executive cars and is available at all UK Airports.
Do you provide Child Car seats?
We provide child car seats as a courtesy, though availability cannot be guaranteed. Usage is at the passenger's discretion. UK law permits children to travel without a car seat in a taxi or minicab under certain conditions. Drivers may not provide child car seats, and children can travel on a rear seat with an adult seat belt if 3 or older, or without a seat belt if under 3.
What measures are you taking to keep passengers and drivers safe from COVID-19?
We are committed to the health and safety of our customers and drivers. Our Safer Journey Initiative includes providing Personal Protective Equipment for drivers and sanitizing car interiors and exteriors before every ride to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Is there any Advance Deposit Against Cash Payment Booking Request?
ROYALL RIDES reserves the right to request a deposit payment of up to 50% against cash payment bookings where the pick-up is at a home or non-airport address. Refusal to pay the deposit may result in booking cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation request is within three hours of the pick-up time.
